James & His Team are great people to work with. We had a Torando come threw or property and Tear off some of our roof to the trusses. Active Restoration came and did a complete midgation and worked with our insurance for the claim. Highly recommended !! Thanks again for your Support and getting the house ready for remodel !

The team at Active Restoration are fantastic! They responded promptly, knew what to do, and got me dry in no time. But that is not all, my leak came back and they came back promptly to remove material so it is now possible to see where the problem. Can’t say enough about their level of service when I was having a bad days

I would do 6 if I could. They are the most honest, cost effective, and efficient solution. James inspected our finished basement after water got in it and I expected a large bill. He explained that we don’t need any work done, saved me a lot of money and put my nerves at ease. He also gave a detailed breakdown of everything I should know about basements, water damage, mold, and what cost saving measures they take in the event a basement floods. Can not say enough positive things about this company and James. Basement flooded from all the rain we got on Aug 20th, called them that morning and James was out there in only a couple hours to give me an estimate and some insight on how to mitigate losses. Would highly recommend!
