If you're looking for an honest company that is going to take care of you, look no further. When I found a mold spot on the kitchen wall, James came out and did an inspection. He explained what he would be doing, the tools he was using, and how they work. Found the mold was only on the exterior of the wall and wasn't caused by a leak or exterior home damage. Met with 3 companies to get help on a possible mold issue in our building. Quotes came in over 14,000 remediation. Companies did no testing just measured rooms. Active Restoration looked at situation and suggested an air sampling test. Very reasonable price for test. Results by professional company and lab showed absolutely no mold risk. Made suggestions on solving water issues to keep areas dry. James at Active safed us an enormous amount of money. I highly recommend this company!
