Katie at Active Reload has been amazing. I came in dealing with hip and lower back pain, and she really took the time to figure out what was going on instead of just rushing through things. Since working with her, my pain has improved a lot and I’m moving so much better. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and makes you feel comfortable the whole time.
