Katie at Active Reload has been amazing. I came in dealing with hip and lower back pain, and she really took the time to figure out what was going on instead of just rushing through things. Since working with her, my pain has improved a lot and I’m moving so much better. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend Katie if you’re dealing with any hip or lower back issues—she’s made a big difference for me!
The care, training and expertise is excellent at Active Reload. The upper back issues that I suffered with for years have been resolved due to their specialized routines, exercises and one on one P.T. I look forward to similar results with my lower back! Best money I ever spent on myself. I would highly recommend an investment in Dr. T and the caring staff at Active Reload.
