I highly recommend Active Reload for any and all of your recovery/pt/chiro/maintenance needs. I have seen Tyler multiple times for tweaks and hiccups along the way and it’s been awesome getting back to working out sooner than expected. I have been working with Dr. Liz for the past 3 months for left shoulder pain. I have been doing CrossFit for years and just assumed pain was part of the process of getting older. My visit at active Reload Health and Performance was such a great experience. The care is incredibly personalized- something you don't find often- and Liz, the physical therapist, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The space itself is also beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I left feeling supported and confident in the plan we created. I also love the combination of chiropractic care and PT all under one roof. I highly recommend them!
Active Reload has seriously changed the game for me. I came in with back pain and could barely do overhead squats, and now I just hit a deadlift PR completely pain-free. The team there is awesome! They actually take the time to figure out what’s going on and help you move better. I feel stronger, more confident, and finally pain-free. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
the first two pictures where I’m wearing black socks, you can see my ankle (RIGHT one) right before Dr. Liz worked her magic, which I can’t disclose🤧. However, she didn't recommend wraps!
