Brooks at the Active Relief Centre was incredibly helpful!! I arrived with acute jaw pain that had steadily deteriorated over weeks. I had been to see my dentist and doctor already, and this visit was admittedly a last resort. I wish I had known how effective the treatment I received at the ARC Was going to be!!
These people are wizards in finding and treating the acute issues and providing simple exercises to build and relieve problems long term. Friendly and super knowledgeable. The name Active Relief is spot on. No sitting around waiting for time to heal or endless stretching. To the point and very effective.
Always a good experience here, and I'm thankful for the great care. Highly recommend.
If you have a naggy ache or any type of muscle injury go see Brooke. You'll be amazed at how well he knows the body. He'll have you fixed up in no time!!!
