Dr. Kvedaras is amazing at pinpointing the root cause of pain and treating it at its source! He listens to all factors that could be contributing, including mental/emotional/hormonal and incorporates those factors into the treatment plan. I thought pain was just an inevitable part of growing older. It doesn’t have to be!!
Unbelievable experience! I went in with daily chronic knee pain. It had me limping every time I stood up. Running, which used to be my routine, was impossible without days of pain/limping afterwards. After 2-3 weeks with Brook Bennie, my daily pain went away. My first (short) run in months on week 3 went as expected and had me limping for 24 hrs or so afterwards - but not for days.
