The therapist miss dianosed me without even looking at my root cause. And blames me for not mentioning it even though i did.
First 2 sessions were helpful but the third was unhelpful. Because they didn't help with my root cause of my problem but rather start diagnosing me with unrelated activities.
Amanda was great. First visit, very impressed. Knee issues for some time now. After a very thorough assessment, we have a plan in place. Couldnt be happier. Looking forward to being back to 100% in the very near future.
Made an appointment at Hagersville office and they canceled on the day of appointment. I really needed to see someone and waited about a week only to get canceled. They made another appointment and the best they could do for me was almost 2 weeks wait. I called around and found someone to see next day so I called to cancel not knowing I called the Hamilton office.
