I've been treated by Chinenye Opogah for 2 different issues over the last year and a half. She was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, but also patient, kind and easy to talk to. She monitored my progress and adjusted my exercises accordingly, as well as printed out copies of my exercises so I would remember how to do them properly at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a physiotherapist.
This is the best physiotherapist I have ever been treated by. She has magic in her fingers for massaging sore areas, she is professional, kind, considerate and really knows her job. I felt completely looked after and now that my sessions are done (because of finances) I have a sadness that I will not be able to have her treat me for awhile. When I first went to Shikha I had persistent knee pain that made my everyday tasks difficult.
