I saw one of the physical therapists Shikha Patel for a TMJ issue on the right side of my jaw my first experience with her was amazing. She was extremely informative and explained every step to me and what she was doing and how it was going to help. She made me feel comfortable during a vulnerable time. She was not only extremely professional polite and informative she was most importantly effective I felt probably 25% better after just one visit. And I will be returning to hopefully get rid of the other 75% LOL

I had a hot stone massage therapy session with Emily and it was such a great experience. My main areas of concern were my upper back and lower back, and she really focused on those areas with great care and attention. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the session, and her approach was both professional and calming. Bow was amazing OMG! She has such positive vibes and she’s so knowledgeable. The front desk man was very kind too. Unfortunately for me, she’s so good there’s like no availability but I’ve added myself to the waiting list! For the first time in 17 years, I feel a little bit of hope with my hip pain!!

I’ve had a great experience with this Shikha. She really listens when I explain what’s been causing me pain and knows exactly where to target during treatment. What I appreciate most is how clearly she explains what’s actually going on with my injury, which helps me understand my body better and feel more confident about recovery. She also provides detailed exercises and practical ways to manage the issue outside of appointments. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her patients heal and improve. Highly recommend!
