Bow was amazing OMG! She has such positive vibes and she’s so knowledgeable. The front desk man was very kind too. Unfortunately for me, she’s so good there’s like no availability but I’ve added myself to the waiting list! For the first time in 17 years, I feel a little bit of hope with my hip pain!!
I’ve had a great experience with this Shikha. She really listens when I explain what’s been causing me pain and knows exactly where to target during treatment. What I appreciate most is how clearly she explains what’s actually going on with my injury, which helps me understand my body better and feel more confident about recovery. She also provides detailed exercises and practical ways to manage the issue outside of appointments. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her patients heal and improve. Highly recommend!
Shikha is the best physiotherapist I’ve worked with after seeing multiple therapists over the years.
