Great place to rent in OP I don't have a clue what the last person was talking about. I rented with Active Real Estate for 2 years before I was laid off and they were great. They were quick with repairs, the handy man Alanzo was a perfect gentleman and they always asked for permission to enter the building prior to coming. Whenever it snowed they were early to shovel and lay down salt. I would definitely rent with them again!
Ok places They have nice places to rent. Thier handiman is a bit wierd. I would never rent from them again. They would come into my apartment unannounced. The handiman would come in to make unessacry repairs, without any prior notice. A few times came right into my bedroom while I was sleeping and never announced himself. No telling how many times they came in while we were not home.
