Hoping for a Better Outcome… I rented a single family home located at 5715 Satterfield from APM.. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant when I did my walk through. The home was lovely the neighborhood was decent. This was all at first glance. While doing my walk through I noticed a dead roach on the wall and immediately asked if there was a bug problem and was told no and that they had an exterminator out and the problem was resolved (I should have ran) I didn’t run instead I moved in..
