If I could give zero stars I would. The communication is terrible, I have tried to reach someone for weeks since they took over our HOA with out any luck or call backs. The only reason I finally got a call back was because I left a nasty message on the voicemail. Finally after speaking to someone live I was told I would have to make an hour long drive to their office to pick up a pool key because I did not get the note on my door that they claimed to have left me when they were at the property passing out keys.
