I have used many forms of therapies; chiropractic, physiotherapy, remedial massage etc over the past 20 years and learned a lot to manage my body myself. Recently I had a new issue, with uncontrollable muscle spasms for the past 3-4 months that cause constant nerve pain in one arm, that I could control or resolve. Great experience. Mihai and Zarli were literally my guiding stars throughout my ACL rehab journey. I was given excellent advice, support, training and massage to aid in recovery. Mihai even reached out to my personal trainer at my gym to ensure I was doing the correct exercises that changed as I progressed. These guys were invaluable in helping me build my confidence in the graft and my leg after such a big injury.
