I have been a patient of Active Life since August 2025. I have enjoyed and looked forward to my weekly sessions. The staff are professional and wonderful to work with. They take an active interest in your overall care.
My experience has been excellent. Thanks to the treatment plan created by Dr. Sodhi along with consistent physiotherapy sessions with Sandeep, my severe back pain has significantly improved. A month after starting treatment I no longer experience excruciating pain and with regular stretching I feel nearly back to 100%. Moving forward, I'll be sticking to the maintenance plan to prevent any future issues.
Active life wellness center is the best physiotherapy clinic. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive. They are very experienced. Thank you Dr Sodhi, Sandeep, Anjali and Suneeta for helping us.
