Savleen has been wonderful in working with my neck, shoulders and lower back. The other PTs -Noah and Ryan are great too! They take the time to listen to my needs and exercises to improve my pain. I am glad my friend had referred me to this practice!!
My physical therapy was preventative, to learn stretching, strengthening and movement to prevent lower back spasms. Savleen provided expert instruction, including in the water, monitoring and encouraging me to make these stretching routines a new part of each day going forward. I've no doubt that these exercises will help me over the long term, since I began to feel less tightness in doing simple bending to put on socks or shoes after just the first session. This is first time doing physical therapy and I must say I came to the perfect place for me. From the first day the vibes were unmatched. Noah and Jess greeted me with smiles and made me comfortable to begin treatment. They were informative and knowledgeable. They explained to me the process and we got right to it.
