APT At first was a pleasant environment. It was nice to see the rapport within the therapist. I felt comfortable getting the care I needed. Things took a drastic change when I set boundaries with Joseph and his kindness was a facade. He made inappropriate compliments, verbally abused my 7 year old son, refused to perform and offer an explanation of treatment that was available to me and then told another Physical Therapist to “just do it” while he was completely ignoring my question to understand the procedure.
