The therapist were awesome. But make sure you not only ask about your bill regularly, you actually see it and know what is going on. I spent 6 months being encouraged to continue therapy, being led to believe that the bills were being paid by Worker's Comp. When I finally was told otherwise, I was going to stop therapy due to concern about eventual bills, as I was out of work due to my injury and had no income. Everyone there knew my situation. RecommendedI appreciated the quality of care and the friendly staff at each visit. Physical Therapy is not something that people usually enjoy but the knowledgeable administrative staff, great plan of care by the Physical Therapists and encouragement from the PT assistants made my daughters visits enjoyable and helped her achieve her goals of returning to better health. I also appreciated how they were able to share her workouts through an app to allow her to work on her exercises at home.
Active Physical Therapy of Hagerstown, MD. They are very professional and treat all patients with respect and curiousty they help with your pain and frustrations, also with past injury pains, there's always a positive atmosphere there when you go, I would recommend anyone who is interested in looking for great physical therapy to go to them, definitely a 5 star rating in my opinion, thank you all at that location for being there for me highly appreciate it.
