Customer service is very disappointing. This company used to be customer focused but as it has grown, it's all money driven. Selling contacts to customers that cannot be fulfilled and "losing notes from customer calls.... Billing when services were cancelled... The list goes on
Still had some bugs, but they finally are fine now.
