I have had traps in my attic for over a week now one has come to remove them. I had a scheduled appointment for today between 12 noon and 1:00 to have traps removed and its 2:12 I have received no messages or calls from the company. Terrible customer service
Active Pest Control Miami promptly responded to my request and provided thorough treatment for termite infestation quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.
Active Pest Control literally saved my day! I had a horrible situation with a dead, decomposing raccoon in my yard, and they were amazing. They answered quickly, gave me an AMAZING price, by far the most reasonable compared to the other companies I contacted, and were at my house within the hour! Plus they sprayed bug repellent after removal. Fast, professional, affordable and incredibly helpful. I’m so grateful, highly recommend!

Excellent all around, from the moment we called, the person we spoke to was very professional and kind. They got out a team member same day and serviced our yard. Oleg was very knowledgeable and thorough. I love that there was no pressure for anything and it didn’t seem like a rip off, definitely will be continuing services with you guys.
