I attended a trial session at ActiveOne in Brighton with considerable trepidation, not having attended classes ever before.At the end of the session I was totally taken by the atmosphere, variation in exercise and individual attention (even though this was a group session). After several months of attending, no session has been the same! Very much recommended!

I being working on my hand with ACTIVE ONE BRIGHTON with Rebecca for about 6 months. Rebecca hand being really help me on my journey to get my hand recovered. All the program that Rebecca being giving me has being relly good and now hand has being improving so much that now I can go back to my work duty much faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend to everyone to use ACTIVE ONE BRIGHTON. Thank again REBECCA for helping me recovered.
