After my son was fitted back in September for a stander its taken almost 5mos to get it . and no one answers the phone or returns calls My son's wheelchair required some repair to it the tech didn't bother showing up

very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. my husband has 50/50 custody of a special needs child and they refuse to talk to him about the status of the child's equipment even though he has proof that he is the legal father and has court papers stating he has 50% custody. he has a right to know about his daughters equipment and they are denying it to him and it is completely unfair to him and the child. we will never get any of her medical equipment from here again.
They are a very caring and hard working team of Advocates for Persons with disAbilities! They get thoroughly involved!
