Disappointing experience at this clinic. I arrived just 4 minutes late with my sick 17-month-old son after struggling to find parking. The receptionist called to say the doctor could no longer see us. I told her I was already at the front of the clinic, and she told me to come down, only to then say we still couldn’t be seen. After looking into the matter, I understand the receptionist made this decision without consulting the doctor or management. She had no right to make that call. The doctors are so professional. The receptionists are kind. It’s rarely to have bulk billed medical centre nowadays especially for adult so hopefully they won’t change it. They’re my family clinic. Highly recommend
