March 15, 2025 Sorry for bad reviews.. Reason for my post.. This was only medical store open on Saturday.. I needed a cane and knee brace.. Greg was the salesman.. Cane I wanted could not find on the net, only here.. They had a nice selection.. Even a cane with a sword.. Next was the knee brace.. Greg even measured my thigh to get correct size brace.. I bought 2 packages of compression socks last week. When I went to my vein appointment the Dr said I needed thigh high not knee high socks. I had already worn one pair so I took the sealed, unopened pair back to exchange for the thigh high style. I was told that there are NO exchanges or returns. I also had the receipt. The clerk claimed the policy is posted but I wasn’t informed when I purchased these very expensive socks (79.99 per pair). This is my go to medical supply store. The products and service are phenomenal . Greg(owner) goes out of his way to supply clients with his honest opinion of products and services offered. If interested in a product you don’t see in the store just ask to see if the product is possible to get. As a retired RN and someone who does not order from Amazon this is my spot for all medical supplies and consultations.

Please sort the Google reviews to "Most Recent" for this business. I made the mistake of failing to do so, and was ripped off. I contacted Greg at this store to inquire about replacing a wheel on a walker. I had no need for the walker but took it as a favor in order to try to repair it and donate it to someone who might be need of a free walker. Don’t buy any stethoscope here, their 3M littmann master cardiology is ripping off seniors and elders… they’re trying to pocket $100 with no warranty by selling the stethoscope for $340… it costs only $240 on approved suppliers of 3M Littmann products. Don’t get scam kids!
