I stopped in, no one was in store, waited a few minutes, called out several times, no one showed up. Incredibly rude business owner and staff. This place is unprofessional, no product knowledge on their own inventory and treat you disrespectfully. This is after we spent several thousand dollars. Find a different place to shop. This place is the worst!!!!!

I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery and a neighborhood friend recommended getting a recliner from Active Medical. My husband and I drove over to the business and inquired of Jesse how to select and rent a recliner. Jesse recommended that I try out several recliners for fit. I was to have surgery in three days. We determined which recliner to rent. Jesse contacted me immediately afterwards to schedule delivery of the recliner. The owner Greg and Jesse delivered the recliner the day before surgery. Great customer service!!!! Friendly good people!!! We are from out of state, they delivered equipment to our hotel on a sunday. Very accomodating!!!
