I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. It's frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, especially when it comes to warranty issues and sending incorrect parts. This experience has been very poor, Do Not Deal with this company unless you want to be stuffed around and spoken to like you are stupid.
Active loaders have suited our needs with sales, service and spare parts. Spare parts manager knows his stuff and sorts parts quickly. Not a bad price either.
Had a broken brake booster and few questions regarding. gave the parts department a call mark had all the answers it was right on closing he said he’d hold for us 10/10 for service
Mark from the parts department was an absolute cracker of a bloke with all the knowledge and answers too all the questions I had the part was ready for me before I had even got there. great service great team.
