Excellent customer service. Mark from spare parts was a pleasure to deal with. On the ball. Efficient and knew what he was talking about. Very much appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. It's frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, especially when it comes to warranty issues and sending incorrect parts. This experience has been very poor, Do Not Deal with this company unless you want to be stuffed around and spoken to like you are stupid.
