I think the care was pretty good. However, there are a couple of things that were not so great. At first, there was a lot of time dedicated to helping my pain, but it was very, very difficult to go to work every day. I asked about getting on temp disability so I can focus on my back health because I work long hours doing construction work. Dr. Bermudez supported me through my pregnancy. I had low back pain and was nervous to seek chiropractic treatment while pregnant but he put me at ease and nearly removed all pain in my lower back/hips. I can’t thank him enough for his thoughtful and supportive approach to me during my pregnancy.

I highly recommend Active Living Chiropractic. I use the Beaverton location and encourage others to do the same. Dr. Bermudez is very knowledgable on many health related issues and excellent with adjustments, additionally, he is very good with time management.

Trisstin is a miracle worker! I went to every possible doctor and bodyworker and nothing was working. Thanks to my weekly Massage with Trisstin, I am functional again. I am highly athletic and this is allowing me to maintain my life style

I’ve been coming to Active living for years and will continue to! Everyone here is fantastic at what they do and have immensely helped heal from injuries as well as keeping up on self care! Always will be my first recommendation for anyone looking for chiropractic, massage and acupuncture!
