I’ve been a member here for almost 6 years. I love that the you get a great workout in 30 minutes. The Coaches are wonderful and they are very supportive. They help you set goals and check in to see how your progress is going. Active Lifestyle is a great workout experience!
OMG!! Active lifestyle Fitness in Glendora has the best team and community. The workouts are always different and keep me motivated. The team holds us all accountable and keeps us on track. They are so much more than a gym to me. It’s my fit fam and I love being apart of it!
I have been going here for over 1 year and LOVE IT! I have never been able to stick to going to a gym. But I have become so addicted to going to this place that I schedule my daily activities around going to boot camp! The coaches are great and they can modify any of the workouts to fit you even when you have an injury! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!
I’ve been coming here for years! Love the group concept led by a coach and the constant variety of exercise activities packed into a 30 minute focused session! Personally I’ve improved my strength, balance, energy and fitness. Small group training gives me the opportunity to just focus on me and allows the coach to ensure I have proper form.
