Te toman las medidas de lo que necesitas y tardan muchísimo para entregar los productos. A mí hasta la autorización se venció y ahora tengo que hablar con los que me refirieron para que manden otra autorización. Pésimo servicio y antipático personal
Took my dad here two months ago for his compression garment fitting. Was told that we would get the garments within three weeks. Last week, we were told the garments were finally ready. Went to pay the copay and were told that the garments were not there, and it could take another two weeks to receive. At this point we’re looking at 2 and a half months and weekly trips to wound care until the garments are here! Needless to say we are not pleased!
The fitting specialists here are really good. I'm especially thankful for their knowledge of EDS. Scheduling appointments can be difficult because they're very busy but they've worked really hard to get me in when I need to and I very much appreciate that.
Been using Active Life for years for Diabetic Shoes, Inserts and Compression Socks. Excellent service and products until this year. Now unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
