Very satisfied. My home health aid does amazing work and is very helpful and caring.
It’s a shame that you can’t find good reliable people to work for you. I’ve had items stolen and broken and most of the time they don’t show up. I unfortunately don’t recommend this agency. The few good workers quit.
I’ve been working for this company for over 10 years and it’s a good company to work for! The coordinators are great! They work with you on the hours a day you can work with a flexible schedule! They never make you travel which is also a plus!
Active Home Care has been providing care for my 80 y.o. dad for a few months now. Iris is the hha that provides his care. I can not say enough positive things about her. He looks forward to her visits and always enjoys her company. She definitely enjoys her work and for clients like my dad, that’s very important. He needs the interaction and to feel like the caregivers that come here want to be here.
