Targeted and simple and effective. Dr. Damir is really gifted. I've seen many many many therapists. He is able to see and explain my body history and future to me in a way that has me actually do the simple exercises consistently. That's a rare gift on top of his expertise with the body and movement.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Damir. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His adjustments are incredibly effective — I felt real relief after just one visit, and each follow-up session has only made things better.
We addressed the long term problem of a stiff and sore back. The new exercises will emphasize movement of the individual spinal joint, using a band. The long term benefit will be overall better flexibility
Damir is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful practitioner. I am grateful he has helped me with pain management and improved movement.
