As usual,this location was friendly,and helpful.
Honda Accord Touring 2014. This was a major job in that all tires were replaced, all brake pads and discs, plus a new serpentine belt, were installed. The estimate made more sense than Honda's estimate. I found the service representatives pleasant and helpful. The work quality seems to be fine. I had to return because they had ordered the incorrect serpentine belt, but they fixed that for me, and I was out again within thirty minutes. So, an overall good experience. Easy to schedule on line, and tires and balancing in just over a half hour. Solid repeat service.
I myself will say that I took my son in law to Active Green Ross and was very satisfied with the job they did. Breaks and oil change. Great Job!
