Extremely disappointing and dishonest experience. This mechanic clearly tried to take advantage of my wife because she doesn’t have car knowledge. She was quoted $2,300 for a so-called “leak repair.” I took the car to another reputable shop and the exact repair was done for $500. On top of that, they charged $770 for two tires that should cost no more than $400 max elsewhere. That’s not a small difference — that’s blatant price gouging. This business went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe. They took the time to show me the damage caused by an accident that occured as well as ensuring I was aware of services that will be required in the near future . Being a single woman they could have easily told me I required more than what was required to get me home safely. Not only was there pricing fair the service was outstanding .
