The folks at Active Green and Ross, Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They will treat you right every time. I won't trust my cars to anyone else. I highly recommend them.
I had a piece of aluminum stuck in my tire. Came in early and the sop was able to remove it and patch up my tire. As a woman these places are always intimidating. The staff was professional, helpful and the service was excellent.
Very friendly, efficient and honest
3 stars for accepting their mistake and fixing it. Taking one star off for not doing the job right in the first place and not accepting their negligence and asking me to pay again for the same service. 2nd star off for the bald guy Nate, who needs some lessons on customer service, telling customers that they are there to get free stuff is an insult.
