Came in for a tire repair and Rob at the front took care of me with great customer service! The price as always for Active Green and Ross was great and my car was out of there in under an hour. Compared to two other downtown tire shops, I certainly got my money and time's worth!
Super fast repairing and great environment and customer service
In my experience, the service at Active Green + Ross (location: 110 Gerrard St E) was disappointing. Staff were curt and unhelpful, and I left feeling there wasn’t clear, honest communication about what my car actually needed. Prices changed between the quote and the bill, and questions were met with attitude instead of explanation. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this shop based on my visit. I suggest getting everything in writing and comparing quotes elsewhere first.
