I had an intermittent starting issue with my 13 year old car but without replicating it, the issue could not be diagnosed. Bill was insightful and honest about not over-charging for tests or replacing unnecessary parts. We agreed on a relatively inexpensive sensor that might be causing the issue - and it seems to have worked. Thanks to Bill and his team.
Been to a few active green and ross but this one has excellent customer service hours are great and always go extra mile to help you worth the extra commute very nice people
My dad brought his car in for various issues, the service advisor Carmen went through what was required and what can be done later. My dad was very pleased with the service and how patient Carmen was with him explaining everything to him. Would definitely recommend this place
Excellent service and communication from this location, they helped me diagnose and replace my failing alternator. Carmen really made sure I understood everything as best as possible and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend these guys.
