Went in for an oil change, an hour later still waiting for my vehicle. I had an appointment and got there early. But they had time to send me a report on my vehicle that I didn’t ask for. Apparently they always do this. I would have preferred to have the oil change done promptly and be out of there. Note the report was sent 45 min into my appointment. It took an additional 20 min to get my car. So not impressed. Never going back.

I brought my recently purchased 2012 Honda Accord—bought from a neighbor—to AGR for a safety inspection. They identified three issues: cracked tires that needed replacing, a faulty emergency brake, and excessive play in the lower ball joints that required replacement. I was kicked out of this shop yesterday after having an argument with the manager, where my money was concerned. They insisted i needed all this extra stuff and parts. Wanted to charge me $1,700cad plus tax for an oil change, break pads, rotors, and 2 new front calibers, which I only needed one. I went to Canadian tire they did the whole job for $1,075CAD taxes in.
