We rent 2 tractor with James and the service have been great so far !
I visited for the first time in May 2023 for two new tires, swapping from winter tires to all-season tires, an oil change and basic 'check up' for another season on the road. I enjoyed the vehicle inspection photos and notes sent by email and SMS and was happy with being able to quickly make decisions on what work was necessary, without feeling any pressure. I purchased a new 2025 Navigator and travelled to Toronto to visit my son. The next day I received an alert on my Lincoln app saying I had a possible leak in a rear tire. I tried desperately to make an appointment at several Ford and Lincoln dealerships but was told I had to wait an average of 2 weeks for an appointment. Same thing with tire centers. I gave green and Ross about A month’s s notice to give me a set of tires on rims and they gave me an an appointment time. They took the car in and then realized they only had two rims so I had to go back the next day Poor organization and a waste of my time. Other than that, they did a perfect job and were the cheapest of three quotes that I got
