Took the car to get brake pads ONLY put on and specified that initially. Was told that they do a brake inspection anyway and the labour would cost 86 bucks or something and I said sure why not I just wanna get the brake pads on and go. Was given the report, and they said they don't do brake slaps and that I needed to get my rotars done too. Have gone here a couple of times for tire swaps and really appreciate the inspection report they do with each service. It’s not offered by many places so def a nice touch. The staff have been friendly as well. Seems like a good place to get other services done too.
Since I moved to Cambridge, I have been going to active green + Ross. Great customer service, and explain what’s going on with my car and explain my car report so i understood exactly what was going to be done/ worked on. Thanks for the value of care for your customers.
