After crying in the waiting room at Canadian tire across street, the customer service level, friendliness and just overall good experience in getting my new winter tires. Clearly explaining things I’m a young adult and don’t know shit about tires I felt very secure with the decision and tires I got. They were able to get me in and out after popping a tire and having it come off the rim 1-5pm with no appointment vs 12pm appointment at Canadian tire they told me I could pick up my car @8pm ridiculous.
