DO NOT GO HERE!! IF YOU DONT HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF VEHICLES. THEN DEFINITELY DONT GO HERE. 1 star is to much credit. they have good customer service BUT i brought my car in for 4 new tires, they damaged one tire badly while just simply balancing the tire, something they teach you in highschool..... they covered the cost of that and had good customer service so i gave them the benefit of the doubt But. Our car had an acceleration issue while we were in town visiting family. This shop was so good about diagnosing the issue, ordering the parts and getting our car running nicely again. Communication was great and we had our car back quickly so that our visit was not disrupted for too long at all. It was also nice that the final bill did not break the bank. Active was recommended to us by a family friend and now we know why and will recommend them to others too.
Fast, friendly, had the ability to advise on my options and get exactly what I wanted very quickly. Installation work was done correctly and won't require any follow up. Edit: aftercare for road hazards was excellent. They fit me in for a slow leak on very short notice. Great service
