I suddenly got a puncture, a huge nail in my tire ! The staff at Active Green +Ross, were so accommodating, friendly, understanding and saw me almost immediately and did a stellar job repairing my tire in only 25minutes. Thank you Neil and team. I appreciate you all. Orlagh Turtle
Do not go there!!!!! I went in for a brake problem. I was told the front rotors needed done and this would fix the issue. After this was done I test drove the vehicle and problem was not corrected. It turns out the brake cylinder had a leak. So I paid over $400 dollars for a repair that did not need to be done that day. It could have waited a little longer.I was furious and vowed never to return.I would no longer trust this place.
First time going to this shop. Had an ac issue with my Ram truck. Didn’t have an appointment and was in and out under an hour. Cost to charge up the system was very reasonable. Staff and the owner Neil were friendly and professional. No games or upselling just honest work for an honest price. This is now my go to garage for any future work. Highly recommend this green and Ross garage.
Neil and his team at Active Green & Ross provide an honest service. They are always professional and ensure that when I leave, the concerns I had have been resolved. After having my vehicles serviced at a variety of businesses throughout the years, I have finally found a place I trust.
Bought a used car at Murad auto that was certified by Active Green and Ross. Battery light was on when I picked the car up, had to go back in a few weeks later for battery light flashing. Active told me it was loose battery cables. A few weeks later I broke down and it ended up costing me $1500 in repairs that should have been noticed by Active Green and Ross.
