I had an excellent experience at Active Green + Ross Tire & Automotive Centre and I’m really grateful for their help. After an issue caused by another location, I came in with concerns about my oil level. The team here took my situation seriously right away and got my vehicle in without any hassle. They quickly identified that my engine had been overfilled and safely drained the excess oil on the spot. UGH BEST PLACE EVER Laura helped me and made everything so easy peasy for my pea brain GOODJOB GUYS :))!
Bad customer service. Laura said she would consider a discount (Note their base hourly rate for labor is $189). Later when paying a male employee (didn’t tell me his name) said I’ll have to bring them more business to get discounts in the future. Loud and disrespectful in front of my wife and other customers. Lots of better options in Barrie.
Had snow tires replaced with regular tires. Also slow leak fixed. Always friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend them for sericing
