If you need any repairs done to your garage door, this is the company to call. I called and they had someone come out to fix my problem the next day. Great service.
I called Active at 10 am because my garage door would not stay closed. The technician arrived at 1pm. He was start, polite and professional. He quickley fixed my problem by repairing the parts instead of charging me extra. Then he oiled all the moving parts on the door and the track, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. If something goes wrong again I will not hesitate to call Active again.
I encountered a malfunction of my garage door during the Christmas holidays. The following business day, Active Door came out and not only fixed the issue but made recommendations on how to prevent the problem from happening again.
