I would highly recommend Active Door. They were responsive, professional and have a high quality product. Jay and Kevin installed our garage door and were so courteous and left the garage area clean and tidy. We are so happy with the result!
My family and I have used Active Door in the past and the service was always excellent. In this recent situation I called regarding my mother-in-law’s garage door mechanism, entry keypad and remotes. They were able to have someone available the next day. He was very thorough and corrected the problem with the garage door motor/mechanism, as well as, fixing the outside keypad and the 2 hand held remotes. I’ve recommended them to others in the past and will continue to highly recommend them in the future.
Absolutely wonderful company. I called and they provided me with a price within two minutes. I'll ask about availability and they were here within a couple of hours. The gentleman that showed up was extremely professional pointed out some areas that needed some additional attention which we addressed. Highly recommended wonderful company.

5 STARS!! These guys are excellent from the initial visit to walking you through the cool new features of the opener at the end. The service and knowledge is top notch. These guys are quick, clean, respectful. James did our door today and the attention to detail and all around work is spot on. Excellent company!
