As an existing client I made another appointment a couple of weeks in advance which they called to cancel a couple of days beforehand. I rescheduled for today. They then rang back to ask if I could come 30mins earlier It was not convenient but I reluctantly agreed to that after being told they were try to avoid the podiatrist having to wait after finishing their previous appointment.
