This was my second visit and it was great not having to go back over my specific issues as Megan had obviously read my notes before I arrived. I sat back and relaxed as Megan got to work. Everything is spotless and hygienic. At the end of the appointment she asked if I would like to rebook and left me with the very capable receptionist. I had to rearrange my next appointment when I returned home which was no trouble. Great service from this company - been using them for the last 18 months to sort a foot issue - Louis and now Megan have looked after me fantastically well. Easy to book an appointment, easy to change as needed. Highly recommend Active Feet.
The entire experience was very positive indeed. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and Megan did a great job on my feet - I felt like I was walking on air after the consultation. I will use Active Feet again for sure.
I had toe surgery with Active Feet in January. Unfortunately the initial wound didn’t heal. After a couple of appointments, my care was handed over to Megan. Right from day 1 Megan was knowledgeable and professional. She made continuous suggestions to try and help with my healing process (which unfortunately didn’t work) and eventually she recommended that I have the surgery done again.
