2026 and receptionist is still rude, Dr Akram thinks that his patient paperwork isn't important and leaves you hanging 🤬 as for sending on your files to new drs, FORGET IT ... and as for sending emails to this surgery DONT BOTHER WAS TOLD THEY STILL ONLY DO FAX SO SENDING FILES ON OR ANSWERING other agency re medical info FORGET IT 🤬
I wish I could give zero. I went there for iron infusion and passed out even though I told them I have never had them before. After my obs was stable they wouldn't care but I was still nauseous and vomiting. The staff came running with the paper that said the cash that I paid 50 dollars was non refundable. I am feeling so sick, vomiting and nauseous I couldn't believe she was worried abput telling me in that venerable situation. I went in to get a blood test this morning (Saturday 8am) and the nurse working in pathology was AMAZING! Her genuine care and interest in each client was so lovely (as I listened from the waiting room). I just wanted her to know that she may be the highlight of these ill and elderly patient’s day. Well done! The world needs more people like you in it!
