Docters are good but its just ridiculous that everytime iv come here your expected to wait 2-3 hours long and thats just honestly crazy, this place needs more docters working.
Was a patient of Dr Moussad for close to 14yrs also took care of the wife and son, also very caring experience plus unfortunately we shifted to hobart and miss him heaps and thankyou for all the yrs of great care it was very appreciated
I've never been to this clinic but one of our clients belong to this practice. The gp is kind but receptionists are rude. When you call, it's either you are put on hold after 2 rings or you get told to pls hold but you will be on hold for 15 minutes until you just give up. Sometimes, your call will just get disconnected from their end. So even if you need something urgent for your client, it won't be done unless you've been calling for straight 3 days or longer.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Moussad for years, and we couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He is incredibly caring, patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. His kindness and genuine concern for his patients make every visit a positive experience. We trust him completely with our healthcare and appreciate the ongoing support he provides. If you’re looking for a GP who truly cares, I highly recommend him!
