The amount of follow up that I have had to do, to see where an exterior door is and why it's late has been crazy. I understand they are at the mercy of the Manufacturer, but I also know they have the power to rush orders. I have had to take days off work to have a door installed, only for the door to arrive without the hardware, now one month later with promises of hardware being delivered in 2 weeks with it being pushed to the next 2 weeks and the next each time, I am still waiting. This company was coordinating a new door installation that was ordered mid April. I was assured that the door would be installed prior to having to leave for work mid June. The door was not installed until the end of July, despite the fact that it had arrived in the warehouse end of May. Blame was placed on the installer and that delays are imminent in construction. Absolutely unacceptable to have a simple door installation delayed by more than six weeks.
Active exteriors does not pay sub contractors. Do not work for this company or hire them unless you want leins and court proceedings
Worked for this company. Was constantly short material. They have no idea what they are doing
James and his crew showed up when no one else would. They worked fast to re-roof our home with a complex roofline. They did not disappoint! Highly recommend them for your job.
