If you need relief, set an appointment with Amanda. She is the best! Very knowledgeable! I get immediate relief. She understands what causes pain and discomforts and knows how to help.
I entered in yesterday after 16 weeks of training for a marathon. I had very bad hamstring, hip flexor from the training and could not run. She was amazing! I got out this morning and ran and felt much less pain than I have in months. Thank you for helping me actual be able to run a marathon and not just sit and watch it.
I have been going to Amanda for the past few months and have noticed a signifcant improvement in my biking strength and performance! Highly Recommend Amanda for athletes! She is a master at her craft of massage and an athlete herself!
I live an active life and tend to overdo it. Amanda helps me understand where my pain comes from, how to treat it, and how to prevent it from happening later. She is kind and genuinely cares about your health! She's never pushy and she's quick to refer out if she feels she can't help your situation. I highly recommend Active Edge to anyone!!
