We have worked on some of the projects this company was contracted to do. In fact, we were usually brought in to try to fix problems they had or to get parts of the projects caught up. INActive Design & Build We recently had ADB finish our basement starting in Sept. 2021 and completed in March 2022 (proposed end date: mid-November 2021). It was mostly concrete when they began. I really wanted to like this company. The people and the concept were great up front. They led with a VERY strong foot with their designer Melissa, but then it was all downhill from there. We had a wonderful experience with the team at Active Design & Build. They performed an extensive renovation of our 6 bed, 4 bath home in Denver that has original 1920's construction. Going into the project we knew we had a reasonable budget to address many of the core issues. ADB recently finished our basement. The job came in nearly on schedule, in spite of the difficulties due to the pandemic. The design team did a wonderful job figuring out what we wanted and making it happen. We are really pleased with the result. Excellent work and great communications with the Project Manager.
