I can only say positive things about Dr. Silcox! I was in severe pain when I met him 2 yrs. ago. I could not even roll over in bed without wishing that I would die. It hurt that bad! My girlfriend was a student of his and told him about my issues. I went to see him and got 80% of my pain to subside after 1 visit! I had been to physical therapy and other chiropractors , with results that lasted a few days at best. I went to Dr. Silcox after hip pain that prevented me from running for over a month. After the first visit I noticed a big difference, and within two weeks I was running almost pain free. I can't thank Dr. Silcox enough. Highly recommended.
When I first came to Dr. Silcox, I was suffering from daily and intense shoulder pain that kept me from functioning at my best. On many occasions, I could not fall or stay asleep due to waking up in pain. You've got to appreciate a chiropractor who gently sets you free when you're better. After several years of monthly chiropractor visits to someone else, I relocated to Asheville and went to see Keith. He helped me with exercises, graston and a large dose of confidence in my ability to 'fix' myself. When our wellness goal was reached, he gently encouraged me onward. I can't think of a reason that I would consult with anyone else for chiropractic care.
