I have been a client of Sheena (RMT) for about 10 years and she has helped me so much. I have chronic back pain due to standing/sitting for long periods of time and she has helped me through treating and teaching me ways to manage the pain as well as strengthen the muscles. I have also had a major surgery and Sheena taught me the importance of seeing an RMT during recovery time so they can help stretch out the scar tissue during the healing process so that it doesn't cause tightness in the surrounding area.
