VERY poor and rude customer service; product knowledge even worse. They treated me poorly when I suspected their product knowledge was lacking. Ultimately, I went with their “professional“ decisions and ended up with a product that was too big and improperly fitted. Had to get the product reordered without even so much as an apology from them. Now, talking it to a real professional that knows what they’re doing for a proper fitting.

Very friendly and helpful! Didn't have correct size of brace in office so contacted Traverse City office to arrange the pick up of one. Would definitely go back there again!

Megan absolutely killed it making me a new bk prosthetic. Best fit I've had in 25 years of prosthetics. Thank you again for going above and beyond to get me taken care of. Highly recommend.
