Active Bodz is exactly what I have been looking for - a small gym, with personal training, classes, and a diverse personnel. My trainer Alexius is the best. I am very thankful for her.
I've been working with Alexius for about a month now and really enjoy the varied and efficient workouts tailored for me specifically. I can feel myself getting stronger and having more stamina already. Plus, it's a great place to work out: well maintained, not crowded, great staff, great equipment, and great class options.
I've been attending group classes here for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be happier! What first drew me in was the welcoming mix of ages and fitness levels—everyone is so positive and encouraging. The classes offer a great variety of exercises, keeping things fresh and fun while helping me stay motivated. Highly recommend!
