I came to see Nedha for shin splints and she gave me all the tools I needed to get me back into running! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!!
Attended a Myotherapy session with Tom this week. Highly recommend attending if you are suffering ongoing pain that you've not been able to gain relief elsewhere. Tom was able to alleviate pain in my shoulders and traps that have given me grief for a long time. He was thorough in his assessment in order to deliver treatment to the right areas.
