Alex is awesome and I always come away feeling much better. He is very knowledgeable and listens to where it hurts. If you’re looking for a decent physio, look no further than Active Balance.

Attended a Myotherapy session with Tom this week. Highly recommend attending if you are suffering ongoing pain that you've not been able to gain relief elsewhere. Tom was able to alleviate pain in my shoulders and traps that have given me grief for a long time. He was thorough in his assessment in order to deliver treatment to the right areas.
