Emily at Active Auto Body solved my problem in less than a minute and it was fixed and finished in 5. I thought they only worked on fancy cars, but they were happy to work on my 2018 Prius too, with kindness and expertise. They will be my go-to auto body shop for everything auto now.
Don't go here if you need things done within a month. I took my Mini Countryman here on advice from the Mini dealership, and man I wish I would've picked anywhere else. They've had it for 3 weeks now for a fairly minor fender repair, and I cannot get a straight answer as to why it's taken this long. Amazing and friendly service! We had our car window smashed and everything stolen the night before a 7 hour drive home. The staff here were so helpful. They vacuumed out all the glass and sealed up the window and did not even charge us. Wow, this kind of service is hard to find these days but Active Auto Body delivered! Thank you 🙏
