I had a great experience with Active Auto Body. My 2026 BMW M440i was badly door dinged in a parking lot, causing damage to the rear quarter panel and driver’s side door. They had it repaired in about a week and a half. Rich and Amber were so kind and communicative throughout the entire process, and Rich even helped deal with the lady’s insurance that hit my car. But most importantly, my car looks great and you cannot tell anything happened. Highly recommend this shop for any of your BMW body work needs!
Emily at Active Auto Body solved my problem in less than a minute and it was fixed and finished in 5. I thought they only worked on fancy cars, but they were happy to work on my 2018 Prius too, with kindness and expertise. They will be my go-to auto body shop for everything auto now.
Don't go here if you need things done within a month. I took my Mini Countryman here on advice from the Mini dealership, and man I wish I would've picked anywhere else. They've had it for 3 weeks now for a fairly minor fender repair, and I cannot get a straight answer as to why it's taken this long. When I called to find out, Rich wanted to argue about the mechanical work that needs done and talk down to me about the repair rather than give me an answer as to why the minor bodywork has taken 3 weeks.
