Great work and great people – I first met up with Active AB when someone did a hit and run on my Z4. AAB was referred by Rasmussen BMW and Rich promptly came to look at my car. After visiting several high end autobody shops Rich convinced me AAB was the place to get the Z fixed. After completion of the repairs (to include taking it to my business of choice to reapply the Clear Bra) the car was returned to showroom finish. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE – I took my Tahoe here, and will never go anywhere else for repair for my car. Magin Black helped me, she is great at what she does, very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my tahoe fixed correctly and in a timely matter! I I couldnt even find where my car had been damaged! Thank you

BEST WORK EVER! – Finding a good body repair shop is as hard as finding a good contractor. But look no more. Active Auto Body is better than good. They far exceeded my expectations and requirements. Over the last 5 years, we have used them four times and each time, they were fair, quick and did excellent work. They always look for the best solution and not necessarily the most expensive fix either. We have fixed BMW's, Volkswagon's and a Mercedes and the work was done masterfully. Exceeded my expectations! – I was looking for body repair shop in the area when I found Active Auto Body. Not only did Active repair my car, but, they turned a frustrating "rear-end" experience into an experience that left me telling everyone I know about the folks at Active. Kelly, the owner, had phoned ahead for a reservation for a rental car from a nearby rental car company, saving me time and frustration. Treated like GARBAGE as potential customer – I called Active Auto Body to inquire if they would look at some pictures of my damaged Audi. I asked if I could send digital photos via email to get an estimate of the costs and procedures that the repair might entail. Megan, the woman who answered the phone, treated me with no respect and said "we're probably not the right shop for you" without any explanation as to why that this might be the case.
