I had Active Air install a new unit over a decade ago, and I had them out the last two summers for small issues with each of our two units, and Griffin was timely and courteous, and fixed us up for a more than a reasonable cost. I have also called on Active for my mom’s house and had the same experience. No pushy sales to try to convince me that I need to spend a whole bunch on new equipment. They give great service without trying to clean out your wallet. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish! Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday, and John Henry arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and had our system back up and running within 10 minutes. He also took the time to share a few helpful maintenance tips to keep our unit running efficiently. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced.
